3. Regulatory

4. About Waymail
Waymail is an API and a console for sending email from domains you control, through Amazon SES, and for recording what happens to each message. It is in private alpha. Its EU region is operated in Frankfurt, Germany, and its data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
The documents that govern it are the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and the Security page. All of them are published at waymail.app/legal, and the version in force is always the one there. Waymail, its software, documentation and brand belong to Gundhus AS.
Waybound AS may market and demonstrate Waymail as part of its portfolio, including as “a Waybound product”. Gundhus AS retains ownership of Waymail and is the service operator and customer contracting party.
